Shiloh Dobie Design employs an iterative design process to achieve your dream outcome. We are playful; testing and adjusting until you are delighted. We use a range of 3D modelling and prototyping techniques as well as digital presentations to communicate how your item might look or feel to assist in design decisions.

Shiloh Dobie Design runs a large workshop and two studio spaces in the Manawatū. The space is ideal for small to medium production runs and projects where quality, consistency, and fine finishing are key. Destinations near and far are all served through a combination of face-to-face meetings, virtual communication, and efficient client feedback processes.

Drawing on traditional craft methodologies we make sure every detail is considered. We present you with your unique design. Every product that leaves our studio must meet the Shiloh Dobie Design standard and most importantly, delight you.

Shiloh Dobie Design ensures that your piece looks as great on location as it does in our workshop. With technical finesse and know-how when it comes to hanging solutions, securing bulky or delicate items, and transporting fragile items, you can rest assured that your piece will look great on-site.

Organise or collaborate, Shiloh Dobie Design is experienced across a wide range of art department roles, has multiple capabilities, and a wide network to draw from. Independent management allows our studio to move with urgency and complete time-sensitive projects on schedule. We are experienced art technicians, designers and fabrication specialists, set and costume designers with clear processes and understanding of industry-standard protocols.
